Hi yinz. This morning I weighed myself three times. 137.8, then 138.2, then 137.6. All within about 10 seconds.
I have a friend who agreed to talk weight with me and I texted her these three weights and told her I think that in addition to feeling overall better about not having to lay down to zip up my pants 130 is a good goal. But once I get there, no going crazy and gaining it all back.
